Returns Policy

You can, within 7 (seven) days of receiving a product ordered, return any product that you are not completely happy with.

Once you decide to return any product you must not use it and must take good care of it while it remains in your possession.

These must be returned undamaged, not fitted, and in the same state that it was sold to you in as ‘new’ condition (e.g not covered in oil or dirt or dust or fingerprints – fit for resale).
Products should be returned in original packaging with labels on the manufacturer's packaging.  The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered here.
Any product supplied as a kit must be returned as a kit.  There will be no acceptance of partial kit returns for credit.
Please allow up to 7 workings days for refunds.  You will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds back to a credit or debit card can take some time to show in your account.

All returns must have a completed returns form enclosed. Please ask for a returns form and one will be emailed to you. reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition, damaged or if your returned items do not meet our returns policy guidelines. will not be liable for any goods damaged whilst being returned to us. recommend that any items to be returned are done so in the original packaging to avoid such damage. If you are returning a product that was sent to you in a branded manufacturer's packaging or box please ensure it is returned with this packaging or box intact. Please do not tape, write or damage a branded product packaging or box, the branded product along with its packaging will need to be re-stocked ready for the next customer as you received it.

Where it is found that the returned item is not the original that was dispatched, or there is evidence of the product being damaged whether, through incorrect fitting, abuse, accident or other means, no refund will be given. You will have 14 days to pay return postage after which it will be disposed of as see fit.  Items will only be returned to the original delivery address on the invoice.  Under no circumstances can items be collected in person by you.

Unfortunately, post and package costs are non-refundable, and will not be held accountable for returns that do not reach us or incorrect returns. It is recommended to return all items recorded or signed for by a courier or registered through An Post or your country's post office. will not be held responsible for any returns postage cost for items supplied as ordered. In the event of the goods being faulty on delivery or within the guarantee period, will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Returns should be sent to Handy Things, Burgage More, Blessington, Co Wicklow, Ireland. You MUST enclose a copy of the original invoice that you received with the product to allow the identification of the returned product. If you need a copy invoice please ask here. You can print an invoice yourself by logging in to your account, locating your order and printing the invoice from there.

If you are returning anything from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the parcel contains “returned goods” or similar. If your parcel is stopped by customs and a charge levied, It will be refused and the item(s) will be returned to you. Under NO circumstances will pay customs duty in order to receive returned items.
